Soulless Suits

All their personal dreams and naive ambitions turned into dust over time. I always used to wonder, what happened? Why, though successful as per the world’s “living standards,” did they still fail to achieve their full potential? They could have been much more, but they settled for much less. Though they were achievers, they were still running away from the hollowness of their lives. The flame within, which was supposed to burn brighter than the Sun, ended up being a candle, melting away into the river of time.
